API SPEC 5L标准和客户技术条件均要求对每根油气输送钢管进行静水压试验,且在焊缝和管体上不得渗漏。钢管水压机是钢管静水压试验的关键设备,放气阀是水压机的关键部件之一。针对放气阀使用中存在密封不严等问题,分析了放气阀密封不严的原因,并改进了原来的设计结构,将原来的锥面密封改为Y形密封圈进行径向密封。改进后放气阀密封性良好,密封圈使用寿命增长,降低了钢管静水压试验错检误报的几率以及加工和装配成本,提高了机组的作业率。
Abstract:
In API SPEC 5L standard and customer technical requirements,it requires that each pipe shall be conducted hydrostatic testing in oil and gas pipeline, and the leakage should not appear on weld and pipe body.The hydraulic machine is the key equipment,and the release valve is one of the important parts. In this article,aiming at the sealing leakage and other problems, it analyzed the reason, improved the original structure, using Y seal ring to replace the original cone seal to conduct radial sealing. After improvement, the release valve is with good performance, the useful life of seal ring is prolonged, the rating of misinformation in steel pipe hydrostatic testing and maching cost are reduced. Therefore, the machine working efficiency is improved.
