摘要:
通过对UOE制管成型过程及其成型工艺的综合分析,得出O成型机在成型过程中对焊管塑性变形、合缝以及扩径等方面性能的影响,指出了在O成型机模具设计时应该考虑的各种因素,并通过计算得出了O成型机模具的孔周长、上下模间隙等重要参数,完成了O成型机截面图形的构建。该O成型机的模具由上模和下模组成,上模使用分隔模板将其分为左右两部分,可有效防止钢管成型过程中产生错位、搭边等现象。
Abstract:
Through comprehensive analysis on UOE forming and its forming process, the effects of O forming machine on plastic deformation, joint close, expansion and other aspects were got. It pointed out various factors which should be considered in designing O forming machine mould. Some important parameters, such as circumference of O forming machine mould hole, the clearance between upper and lower mould and etc were obtained, and constructing O forming machine section was accomplished. This O forming machine mould consists of upper and lower mould; the upper mould is divided into two parts by using separation mould, which can effectively prevent dislocation, scrap and other phenomena occurred in forming.
