摘要:
简述了气体保护焊的分类和特点,从焊接材料、焊接设备和工艺措施等方面研究了CO2混合气体保护焊在工程机械结构件厚板件及油箱体等薄板件焊接中的应用,阐述了预防焊接气孔及飞溅等缺陷所应采取的具体措施。通过混合气体配比实践,证明了CO2和Ar的比例以18 ∶ 82为最佳,采用CO2和Ar分别供气,通过配比器配气来达到该比例,满足混合气的要求,但是当单气压力≤0.15 MPa时应补充气体。
Abstract:
This artical introduced the characteristics and classification of gas shielded welding in brief, studied the application of CO2 mixed gas in mechanical structural parts and oil tank from several aspects,covering welding materials, welding equipment,process measures and etc. It also introduced the detailed measures of preventing gas pocket and spatter. Through mixed gas matching practice, it proved the optimal proportion between CO2 and Ar is 18∶82 which is obtained by using proportioner to receive. It should add gas while gas pressure is not higher than 0.15 MPa.
