摘要:
提出了超低温条件下加B低C贝氏体钢的抗起裂和止裂能力的冶金学方案。分析了B元素对管线钢管韧性和强度的影响及低温韧性大壁厚X80级UOE管线钢管的冶金学方案。研究了最佳化学成分及热机械控制轧制工艺对提高母材落锤撕裂性能的影响,以及提高焊缝夏比冲击特性的最佳焊接条件。开发出了满足API和DNV规范的,具有高强度和低温韧性的加B低C贝氏体钢。
Abstract:
In this article, a metallurgy approach of crack initiation resistance and ability of arresting cracks for B-added LCB steel at ultra low temperature was put forward, the effect of B in pipeline steel strength and toughness, as well as the metallurgy approach of low-temperature toughness X80 UOE line pipe with heavy thickness were analyzed. The effect of the optimal chemical composition and TMCP process conditions on improving DWTT property of base metal, and the optimal welding condition to improve weld CVN property were studied. High strength and low-temperature toughness B-added LCB steel was developed, which can meet the requirements of API and DNV.
