摘要:
通过对HFW生产线拆卷机刮刀现场使用情况的分析，指出了拆卷机原装刮刀存在的问题，提出了改进方案并加以实施。改进后的拆卷机刮刀，滑槽由分体式改为整体式，解决了滑槽铜压板的紧固螺栓经常断裂的问题；刮刀伸缩油缸固定座的紧固方式由不防松、不外露的结构改为双螺母防松、外露的结构，解决了伸缩油缸固定座的螺栓经常松动而且松动之后难以紧固的问题；在滑槽的内表面增设可补充润滑油的油槽；制订操作指示卡规范拆卷机刮刀的操作。
Abstract:
Through analysis on site application of uncoiler scraper in HFW production line， it pointed out existed problems of the original scraper， put forward improvement measures and put into practice. The slideway of the improved uncoiler scraper is changed into integral type from split type， which can solve binding bolt breakage problem in slideway copper sheet； the tightening type of scraper extension cylinder permanent seat is changed into double nut locking and exposure； adding oil sink in slideway inside surface which can supply lubricant； formulating operation indictor card to specify the operation of uncoiler scraper.
