摘要:
针对油气输送管线用埋弧焊管生产和使用过程中经常发生椭圆度超标的问题,简要分析了生产因素对钢管椭圆度的影响,着重从非生产因素方面分析了影响钢管椭圆度的主要因素。分析结果认为,钢管椭圆度校正过程、钢管吊运、堆放、环境温度、防腐过程以及测量人员和器具误差等都会影响钢管的椭圆度。最后,从生产过程和第三方检测的角度,提出了钢管椭圆度的控制措施和建议。
Abstract:
Aiming at the excessive ovality which is often encountered during production and application of SAW pipe used in oil and gas transportation, it briefly analyzed the effect of production factors on steel pipe ovality, and emphasized the effect of nonproductive factors. The analysis results considered that the effective factors include rectification procedure of pipe ovality, pipe lifting, environmental temperature, coating procedure, inspector, instrument error and etc. In the end, some measures and suggestions were proposed from production course and the third party inspection.
