摘要:
为了对制管企业原材料入厂及钢管各工序检测数据进行科学统计分析,以便有效指导钢管生产,开发了管厂板管理化性能数据库信息系统。该系统从板材和钢管理化性能数据的实际状况出发,通过基础界面、提取参数、性能对应、指标定义、图表选择、统计分析等设计理念,实现了管体试验结果统计分析、板材试验结果统计分析、管体与板材试验结果对比统计分析、不同钢厂的板材及制成的钢管性能比较以及不合格数据查询等。该系统同时具有提取数据快速、统计和分析功能增强、整理和储存数据及时等特点,可为生产检验和营销活动提供技术支持。
Abstract:
In order to conduct scientific statistics and analysis on inspection data of each process flow from incoming raw material to steel pipe, as well as to effectively instruct steel pipe production, mechanical and chemical performance data system for steel pipe and strip was developed . Based on mechanical and chemical performance practical status of strip and steel pipe, through several design ideas, such as basic interface, reference extraction, performance corresponding, index definition, diagram selection, statistical analysis and others, this system realized statistics and analysis on pipe body test result, strip test result, and test results comparison between pipe body with strip, performance comparison for strip came from different steel plant and steel pipe mill, and inquiry unqualified data . Meanwhile, this system possesses some characteristics, such as fast extracting data, strengthening statistical analysis function, collecting and storing data in time; this will offer technical support to production and inspection, as well as sales and marketing activities .
