摘要:
简要介绍了不锈钢管表面钝化膜的生成及保护措施,分析了不锈钢管表面钝化处理的方法、选择方式和注意事项。分析表明,局部污损是造成不锈钢腐蚀的基本诱因,合理地除氧化皮酸洗或其他表面除污钝化处理是必须的,但酸洗过程中必须严格控制浸泡时间,酸洗时间过长容易导致霜冻状毛面,甚至出现孔蚀现象;不锈钢管表面刷漆并不是有效的防腐方式,相反有可能会加速不锈钢管的局部腐蚀。
Abstract:
In this article, it in brief introduced the generation of passive film on stainless steel pipe surface and protective measures, analyzed the method, selecting mode and attentions for passivation disposal. The results showed that local damage is the basic reason caused stainless steel corrosion, reasonable descaling(acid cleaning) or other surface decontamination(passivation) is necessary, but it should strictly control soaking time in acid cleaning, the longer acid cleaning time will cause frosting ,even pitting corrosion. Painting on stainless steel pipe is not effective anticorrosion way, it may accelerate local corrosion of stainless steel pipe.
