摘要:
针对ZG35B钢筒式钢球磨煤机出口端盖的2条穿透性裂纹,采取了挖除裂纹、“热焊法”与加焊加强筋相结合的方法进行处理。对于在焊接过程中容易产生冷裂纹、热裂纹和焊接变形量大的特点,采用合理的焊接参数、焊接顺序等工艺措施,如第一层采用小电流、慢速焊,多层多道焊,焊后跟踪锤击,及时进行脱氢,焊后进行高温回火处理。 通过焊补,彻底消除了设备缺陷,达到了预期的目的。
Abstract:
Aiming at two penetrating cracks in ZG35B type tube mill end cover, adopting excavating crack, heat welding to deal with combined with added reinforcing rib. During welding process, it is easy to appear cold crack, hot crack and large deformation, so the reasonable welding processes should be used, such as welding parameter, welding sequence, etc. For example, in the first layer, using a small current, the slow welding rate, multi-layer multi-pass welding, tracking and hammering after welding, dehydrogenating timely, and high-temperature tempering after welding should be conducted. Through repair welding, it completely eliminated equipment defects, and received good results.
