摘要:
通过对HFW焊管生产线入口段设备运行情况的分析,指出了钢带接头焊缝在经过活套时容易断裂及原剪切对焊机的前夹紧机构等存在的问题。分别对钢带进入活套的方向、焊枪及剪焊机的前夹紧机构进行了改进。该生产线入口段设备经过改进之后,简化了剪切对焊机的结构,降低了带钢接头在活套中的断裂次数以及机械、电气等的故障率,设备使用方便,维护简便。
Abstract:
Through analysis on equipment operation condition at entry of HFW pipe production line, it pointed out the weld of welded joint break easily when go through loop and the existed problems in the front clamping structure of original shear-butt welder, and some improvements were respectively conducted for the direction of strip entering into loop, welding torch and the front clamping structure of shear-butt welder. After improvement of the above mentioned equipment, it simplifies the structure of shear-butt welder, reduces the frequency of break down of strip jointer in loop, and mechanical and electric failure rate. This improved equipment is easy to use and simple maintenance.
