摘要:
通过对某国产TP304L不锈钢焊管腐蚀泄漏事件原因的分析,以及其金相组织、化学成分、腐蚀加速试验和电化学试验的对比,研究了国产TP304L不锈钢焊管与德国进口TP304不锈钢焊管耐点蚀性能的差异。结果表明,国产TP304L不锈钢焊管显微组织存在孪晶,晶粒较大,细化均匀性较差,化学成分中耐点蚀的Mo含量较低,而增加氯脆倾向性的P含量较高,同时,自腐蚀电位较高,极化曲线无明显钝化区且钝化电流密度较大,总体性能劣于德国TP304不锈钢焊管。
Abstract:
In this article,it analyzed the corrosion leakage reason of some domestic TP304L stainless steel pipe,compared its metallographic structure,chemical composition,accelerated corrosion test and electrochemical test,studied the pitting corrosion resistance difference between domestic TP304L seamless steel pipe and TP304 seamless steel pipe imported from Germany.The results showed that twin crystal exist in microstructure of domestic TP304L seamless steel pipe,the grain is big, the refining uniformity is bad,the Mo content is low,while P content is high,which can increase chlorine embitterment tendency.Meanwhile,corrosion potential is high,the polarization curve has no obvious passivation region,and the current density of passivation is high,so its overall performances are inferior to that of TP304 seamless steel pipe imported from Germany.
