摘要:
简述了国内外输煤管道的发展状况、特点以及输煤管道及其他矿浆输送管道管材的选用现状。介绍了针对输煤管道工程开发的WJ65管线钢的化学成分和力学特性以及焊接性试验及耐磨性试验情况,并与X65管线钢的化学成分、力学性能以及耐磨性等方面进行了比较。结果显示,WJ65管线钢的强度、韧性和可焊性相当于或优于X65管线钢,并具有更好的耐磨性。该管线钢的开发为输煤管道工程管材的选择提供了新途径。
Abstract:
This article briefly presented the development situation and characteristics of pipeline used for transporting coal slurry at home and abroad, and the current condition in selecting and applying pipeline material for coal and other slurry. It also introduced the chemical composition, mechanical properties, welding experiments and abrasion resistance test of WJ65 pipeline steel,which was developed for the pipeline engineering of coal slurry transportation,and compared with X65 pipeline steel. The results indicated that the strength, toughness and weldability of WJ65 pipeline steel are higher or equal to those of X65, and the abrasion resistance is better. The development of WJ65 provides a new option for pipeline material which used for transporting coal slurry.
