摘要:
研究了4 mm厚低碳钢钢板在不同工艺参数下A-TIG焊与TIG焊的焊缝成形规律。研究表明:焊接电流大小对焊缝及HAZ的大小及形状有很大的影响,随着电流的增大,熔深及焊缝表面的熔宽都增大,但在相同电流下,A-TIG焊的熔深比TIG焊大,表面熔宽比TIG焊窄;随着电流的增大,HAZ的形貌有明显变化,随着电流的增大,添加活性剂后的A-TIG焊焊缝熔深增大的效果也越来越明显。
Abstract:
The weld formation rule of 4 mm low carbon steel plate under different parameters by A-TIG and TIG welding were studied,the results indicated that welding current affects size and shape of HAZ greatly,with welding current increasing,the penetration and weld width also increase;while under the same welding current,the penetration of A-TIG welding is deeper than that of TIG welding,and weld width is narrower . The HAZ shape changed obviously with welding current increasing. The weld penetration of A-TIG will increase greatly with current increasing, after adding surfactant.
