摘要:
采用示波落锤法,对X80管线钢在不同温度下的吸收能量进行了测试,并对不同温度下的载荷-位移曲线及锤头速度曲线进行了比较。结果表明,不同温度下的载荷-位移曲线形状不同,且随着温度降低,达到最大载荷后的载荷下降速度加快。根据落锤吸收能量,绘制了韧脆转变温度曲线,得到了X80管线钢的韧脆转变温度,并与夏比冲击试验吸收能量绘制的韧脆转变温度曲线进行了对比。
Abstract:
The absorbed energies of X80 pipeline steel at different temperatures were tested through the oscillographic drop-weight tear test, and the load-displacement curve and the hammer speed curve were compared and analyzed, the results showed that the shape of load-displacement curve is different at different temperature, with the temperature decreasing, the lowering speed accelerating when the load reaches highest value. According to the absorbed energy of DWTT, the ductile-brittle transition temperature was draw out,and the ductile-brittle transition temperature curve of X80 pipeline steel was made and compared with that of Charpy impact test.
