摘要:
针对我国低碳经济发展战略及国家对石油石化行业低碳发展的要求,指出了我国石油石化行业低碳发展涉及的能源、资源和环保等领域的重大技术难题及解决思路,即建立完善我国石油石化行业低碳标准体系表。介绍了低碳标准体系表的编制设想方案,同时指出,我国石油石化行业低碳标准体系表的建立和实施,应是一个持续补充完善的过程,是推进本行业低碳标准化工作的关键。
Abstract:
Aiming at the development strategy of China low-carbon economy and the demands to low-carbon development of petroleum and petrochemical industry, it pointed out the great technology difficulties in the fields of energy, resource and environmental protection ect. It also put forward solving ideas which is establishing low-carbon standard system program for China petroleum and petrochemical industry. In this article, it introduced the drawing assumption approach of low-carbon standard system program, meanwhile it pointed out that establishing the said system program is a continuous and complementary progress, which is the key point to promote low-carbon standardization work in this industry.
