摘要:
通过研究直缝埋弧焊管内焊清渣设备生产工艺和结构特点,提出了面向对象,特征化、参数化、模块化的数字模型建立方法。结合三维造型软件Solid Works和可视化编程工具Visual Basic 6.0,开发了直缝埋弧焊管内焊清渣设备虚拟设计仿真平台,提供了内焊清渣设备的模型建立,模型装配、有限元分析、仿真等基本操作和计算。虚拟设计仿真平台将程序的集中控制能力、数据库的集成管理能力和三维虚拟设计仿真相结合,实现了内焊清渣设备初步设计阶段产品模型的信息化集成设计与管理。
Abstract:
The production process and structure character on inside welding slag cleaning equipment for SAWL pipe were studied, and the establishing method of digital model was put forward on object oriented, characteristic, parametric and modularization. Relying on 3D molding software Solid Works and visual programming tools Visual Basic 6.0, the virtual design and simulation platform on inside welding slag cleaning equipment for SAWL pipe were exploited, which provided the basic operation and calculation from inside welding slag cleaning equipment model building, model assembling, finite element analysis to model simulation. Through the combination of the program’s centralization control ability, the database’s integration management and 3D virtual design and simulation, the integration design and management of product model in the preliminary design stage of inside welding slag removal equipment were realized.
