摘要:
简要介绍了X射线成像系统检测焊管焊缝的原理,并从该系统的检测原理出发,分析和计算了检测中的几个关键参数,理论确定出X射线源(焦点)至成像平面的距离L1、检测工件表面至成像平面的距离L2、不清晰度U和放大倍数M。通过实际检测结果,发现理论公式计算值只是提供了工艺参数的选择方法、指导方向,在操作过程中还应考虑测量误差、检测速度、设备的综合性能等因素,并通过多次调试,确定最佳检测灵敏度,达到最佳检测效果。
Abstract:
In this article, it briefly introduced detection principle of X-ragy imaging system, analyzed and calculated several important parameters, determined the distance L1 from the X-ray source(focus) to imaging plane, and the distance L2 from the inspected workpiece’s surface to imaging plane, as well as the unintelligibility U and amplification factor M. At the same time, combined with actual?measuring result, it found that the theoretical formula calculation value just provided selection method and guide direction for technological parameter. We should consider measurement error, detection speed, equipment comprehension and so on in actual application. After many time debugging, the optimal detection sensitivity was obtained, which achieves the best inspection effect.
