摘要:
通过对国产和进口的X80级?准 1 219 mm×22.0 mm直缝埋弧焊管理化性能数据统计,分析了国内外X80级?准 1 219 mm×22.0 mm直缝埋弧焊管在成分、组织设计和性能上的差异。结果表明,国产X80级?准 1 219 mm×22.0 mm直缝埋弧焊管的拉伸性能、钢管管体和焊缝区冲击韧性的平均值与进口钢管基本相当,甚至超过进口钢管的水平,但国产钢管的强度、冲击韧性数据分散,显示出钢管产品质量稳定性或质量控制措施方面还存在一定的差距。
Abstract:
Based on data statistics of China domestic and abroad X80 grade ?准 1 219 mm×22.0 mm SAWL pipe,it analyzed the difference in composition,structure design and performance. The results showed that the tensile property, the impact energy average values in pipe body and weld of China domestic X80 SAWL pipe are basically equivalent to that of imported steel pipes, even exceed. But the tensile property and impact toughness data are scattered, which shows there are some difference in quality stability or quality control measures between China domestic with abroad pipe.
