摘要:
介绍了连续油管的发展过程及其在国内外的应用情况;研究分析了连续油管的作业特点;针对连续油管应用中对管材强度、抗疲劳性能、抗腐蚀性能要求,介绍了目前新开发的超高强度管材、抗腐蚀管材以及新型变壁厚连续油管技术;从原材料加工制造技术、热处理方法与工艺、精密焊接技术、板材对接技术以及管材对接技术等方面阐述了连续油管的制造技术;最后介绍了国产连续油管在国内各油田的应用情况。
Abstract:
In this article, it introduced the development history of CT and its application at China domestic and the abroad, and analyzed its operation characteristics. Aiming at the requirements in CT application, such as pipe strength, anti-fatigue performance, corrosion resistance performance, it introduced the newly developed ultra-high strength pipe, corrosion resistance pipe and the new tapered CT technology. It expatiated CT production technology from raw material processing, heat treatment method and process, precise welding technology, butt welding for plate and pipe. In addition, it also introduced the CT application in China domestic main oil fields.
