摘要:
对流体喷射器裂纹形成原因进行了分析,综合考虑了材料的理化性能和工作环境,通过试验选择了合适的焊接方法和用于焊接超级奥氏体不锈钢的ENiCrMo-3美国泰克罗伊万能电焊条,确定了焊补工艺和焊接工艺参数,修补过程精细施工,严格控制。通过对流体喷射器裂纹修复后一年的质量跟踪,设备运行良好,各项技术指标均满足要求。
Abstract:
In this article, it analyzed the crack formation reason of fluid enjector, and considered physical and chemical properties and working environment.Through experiments it selected reasonable welding method and Techalloy ENiCrMo-3 universal welding electrode for super austenitic stainless steel, confirmed repair welding process and welding parameters. Careful construction and strict control were conducted in repair welding. By means of one year quality tracking for fluid enjector after crack repair, the result showed that this equipment runs well, each technical index can meet requirement.
