介绍了高强度管线钢的制造技术概况,分析和讨论了X80,X100和X120级钢板、钢管的显微组织和力学性能;通过UOE模拟装置,对从钢板到钢管成型后力学性能的变化进行了评价,所测试的X80钢板和钢管具有优异的落锤撕裂试验(DWTT)性能;对X80管线管的变形能力进行了评价,其屈曲能力符合DNV和API规范;研制的X100钢可以制成具有适当性能的UOE钢管;进行了X120管线钢的研制,其拉伸性能完全符合目前研究所要求的性能指标。
Abstract:
An overview of the manufacturing technology for high-strength pipeline steels was introduced. The microstructure and mechanical properties of X80, X100, and X120 grade steel plates and pipes were analyzed and discussed. Through the UOE simulator, the changes of mechanical properties after pipe-forming from plate to pipe were evaluated. The microstructure of X80 steel was composed of acicular ferrite containing M/A (Martensite/Austenite Constituent) phase. Tested X80 steel plate and pipe were found to have excellent drop weight tear test(DWTT) property. The deformation capacity of X80 pipeline was evaluated. It was found that the developed X80 pipeline was within the specification of DNV and API codes in terms of buckling capacity. The developed X100 steel can be realized to have appropriate properties for UOE pipe. Also, the development of X120 grade pipeline steel was tried. The tensile properties of developed X120 steel plate and pipe fully satisfied the property target required in the current research.
