摘要:
为了研究机械式双金属复合管的弯曲性能,采用四点弯曲法对?准 219 mm×(11+3) mm的X65+316L的机械式双金属复合管进行了整体管弯曲试验。试验表明,当弯曲半径R≥100D时,复合管的内衬管管体没有发生塌陷变形与起皱现象,该弯曲变形过程不影响复合管的使用性能。因此,试验用双金属复合管的弯曲性能完全满足海洋石油天然气管道铺设的弯曲变形要求。
Abstract:
In order to study the bending performance of mechanical duplex metal composited pipe,the bending test was conducted for ?准 219 mm×(11+3) mm(X65+316L)pipe based on Four Point Bending Technique. The tests showed that when the bending radius R≥100D, the lined pipe body does not occur the collapse deformation and wrinkling, and the bending deformation process does not affect the usability of the composited pipe. Therefore, the bending performance of the composited pipe fully meet the bending requirements of the laying offshore oil and gas pipeline.
