摘要:
简述了精密泵筒用HFW钢管的研制过程及应用情况,提出了制管用原材料的化学成分、力学性能和金相组织要求,指出了精密泵筒用HFW钢管制造工艺的特点。通过严格控制原材料性能,合理设计成型过程各个机架的变形量,以达到变形均匀,选择合适的生产线速度,调整焊接功率适当,适当加大挤压力,确保了焊接质量。严格控制焊后热处理温度,使焊缝加热至正火区的同时又不能过热。对该种钢管的各项性能指标分析表明,采用HFW钢管作为坯管来生产精密钢管具备技术先进性和可行性。
Abstract:
In this paper, it briefly stated the development process and application situation of HFW steel pipe used for precision pump cylinder, put forward the requirements of chemical composition, mechanical properties and microstructure for raw material, and pointed out the process characteristics of HFW steel pipe used for precision pump cylinder. Through controlling raw material performance and reasonably designing deformation of each rack during formation to achieve uniform deformation. It selected appropriate production line speed, adjusted welding power, and increased extrusion force to ensure welding quality. Strictly controlling heat treatment temperature can heat weld to normalized zone, while not overheating. The analysis results of each property showed that adopting HFW steel pipe as blank tube to product precision steel tubes is with advanced technology and feasibility.
