摘要:
介绍了固态高频焊管电源的使用概况及目前应用最多的并联谐振固态高频焊管电源。针对并联谐振固态高频焊管电源的整流电路、E类逆变桥、槽路阻抗与谐振频率、频率自动跟踪分别进行了分析,同时对固体保护电路进行了详细的叙述。固态高频焊管电源的分析和使用表明,在焊接钢管生产过程中,固态高频焊管电源设备较电子管高频焊管电源具有节电、节水的优点,且电磁辐射及对电网的污染较小,因此固态高频焊管电源在生产中具有环保、节能的现实意义。
Abstract:
In this article, it introduced the general application situation and parallel resonance solid state high frequency welded pipe power supply which are mostly used at present. It respectively analyzed rectification circuit, E inverter bridge, tank circuit impedance, resonant frequency, and frequency automatic tracking of solid state HFW pipe, and detailedly described solid protection circuit. The analysis to the application of solid state HFW pipe indicated that its electrical power unit can not only save power and water, but also is with low electromagnetic radiation and a little pollution, so the electrical power of solid state HFW pipe is provided with environmental protection and energy-saving practical significance.
