摘要:
随着涩北气田开发规模的不断扩大,气田面临地层能量下降、水窜出砂的难题,并且气田多数气井压力系数较低,常规冲砂液体系不能有效地将井筒内的积砂冲出,同时易造成地层二次污染。针对这一难题,优化连续油管氮气冲砂施工设计、泡沫配方体系及井下旋转工具设计选型,采取控制泡沫密度、排量和压力等措施,利用泡沫“贾敏效应”进行漏层封堵,经现场检验,连续油管氮气泡沫冲砂施工效果均达到了工程设计要求。
Abstract:
With the development scale of China Sebei gas field continuously expanding, the gas field encounters with the problems, such as stratum energy drcrease and water channeling with sand. The pressure factor of most gas wells is lower, the conventional sand flushing fluid system can not effectively flush sands out of the wellbore, which could easily lead to the second pollution. Aiming at this problem, adopting some measures, such as optimizing construction design of coiled tubing nitrogen sand flushing, foam formula system and downhole rotary tool design and type-selection; controlling the foam density, displacement and pressure, as well as utilizing the foam Jamin effect to seal leakage layer. The field inspection proved that the construction effect of coiled tubing nitrogen foam sand flushing attains the design requirements.
