摘要:
介绍了螺旋埋弧焊管预精焊生产工艺的发展概况,以及预精焊法生产螺旋埋弧焊管的工艺过程。预精焊生产工艺与传统的一步法相比具有明显的优势,生产效率更高,所生产的钢管外形尺寸更好、焊缝质量高、残余应力小。分析了螺旋埋弧焊管多丝埋弧精焊焊缝产生焊接裂纹、咬边、气孔和夹渣、未焊透等缺陷的原因,并根据生产实际提出了预防措施,为螺旋焊管预精焊技术的广泛应用积累了经验。
Abstract:
In this paper, it introduced the development status of SAWH pipe pre-finish welding technology, and its process flows.Compared with conventional one-step welding technology, the pre-finish welding process possesses obvious advantages, such as high production efficiency, perfect dimension of steel pipe produced by the said welding technology, good quality for weld, and low residual stress. It analyzed the reasons caused crack, undercut, gas pocket, inclusions, incomplete penetration and other defects of finish welding weld for SAWH pipe multi-wire welding. According to practical production status of SAWH pipe, the preventive measures were put forward, which provides experience for wide application of SAWH pipe pre-finish welding technology.
