摘要:
鉴于现有管道全位置自动焊接技术及工艺在施工中存在的焊缝未熔合、夹渣、气孔等缺陷,依据管道施工要求及施工特点,进行单弧双丝焊接系统的搭建及焊枪的设计。经过大量试验,确定最为合理的坡口形式及焊接参数,制定单弧双丝管道全位置自动焊接工艺,并对采用该工艺的焊缝进行X射线探伤。探伤结果表明,该工艺下的焊缝合格,该工艺可直接应用于相应管道工程的现场施工。
Abstract:
In view of the existing pipeline all position of automatic welding technology and process, there are some problems in the existing construction of the welds. For example, not fusion, slag, stoma defects. It based on the pipeline construction requirements and characteristics, we construct the system of the single arc double wire welding and welding torch design. After a lot of testing, we are to determinate the most appropriate groove forms and welding parameters, making single arc double wire pipeline all position of automatic welding process, and based on the X-ray detection. Testing results show that the technology of the weld qualified, this technology can be applied directly to the corresponding pipeline engineering construction site.
