摘要:
以飞锯切口位置与锯切主轴在竖直方向上的相对位置为标志,将焊管行业使用的电脑跟踪热切锯分为中切锯和右切锯两类,并指出这两类锯在锯切薄壁管时均易造成被切管口严重变形的原因。同时从过渡切面面积的调整、锯切力作用方向的改变与压下力的叠加以及锯切角度的动态变化等方面,论证了左切锯可以改善被切薄壁钢管管口形状的机理,并且提出了左切锯的设计思路和将现有中、右切锯改为具有左切锯功能的改造方案,付诸实施后收到预期效果。
Abstract:
According to the relative position of flying saw incision site and saw cutting principal axis, the hot cutting saw by computer tracking , which used in welded pipe industry, was divided into two types, central sawing and right sawing. It pointed that the said two sawings easily cause pipe orifice serious deformation during thin-walled steel pipe sawing, meanwhile, it proved that the left sawing may improve the shape of thin-walled pipe orifice, such as adjusting transition cutting area, the change of sawing force direction and press force superposition, and the dynamic change of sawing angle. It also put forward design idea of left sawing and reforming scheme, and the expected effect was received after application.
