摘要:
通过对 73.02 mm×5.51 mm的摩擦焊异种金属油管的理化性能及整管上/卸扣性能进行研究,分析了焊接接头的微观组织和力学性能。结果表明,异种金属摩擦焊接方法是一种提高油管接头力学性能的有效连接方法,降低了油管加工难度和制造成本,提高了生产效率和产品质量。在异种金属摩擦焊焊缝横截面处,油管管体与外加厚短接呈良好的混合状态,两种金属形成了金属间化合物,使焊缝内部区域具有较高的硬度。同时由于外加厚短接与油管管体焊接形成塑性结合能有效提高焊缝的冲击性能,使焊缝冲击性能高于管体。油管在上/卸扣过程中,摩擦焊缝完好,螺纹接头无粘扣现象,表明异种金属摩擦焊油管接头具有良好的抗扭转能力且抗粘扣性能良好。
Abstract:
The physical and chemical property of dissimilar metals welding joint with dimension of  73.02 mm×5.51 mm tube and the make-up and break-out performance are studied in this paper. The microstructure and mechanical property of welding joint are analyzed. The results show that the dissimilar metals welding of tube is the effective method to improve the connection strength of tubing, and the cost of production is reduced. The process is simple and the productivity and quality of tubing is high. The microstructure analysis results show that the tube and the short out are combined better in the cross section of weld beam. The mechanical properties results also show that intermetallic compounds are formed between tube and the short out which result in the hardness increasing in weld beam. The impact property of weld beam is better than the tube because of the plastic combination between high performance shot out and tube. The make-up and break-out tests results show that the torque has no effects on the friction welding beam and the dissimilar metals tube joint by friction welding has better anti-galling property.
