摘要:
分析了油气输送钢管焊缝超声检测中产生变形波的原因,介绍了马鞍形回波、沟槽回波以及焊角回波等几种典型的非缺陷波的产生机理及具体识别方法,同时指出在焊缝超声检测中,只需判断探头扫查一、二次波位置与示波屏相对应位置处的回波,不对应位置处出现的回波不用考虑,另外还应针对焊缝几何形状及表面状态分析回波特点,通过寻找反射条件对非缺陷回波进行识别,以便防止误判,提高焊缝超声检测质量。
Abstract:
In this article, it analyzed the reason caused deformation wave in weld ultrasonic testing for oil and gas transportation pipeline, introduced the mechanism of production and specific identification methods of several typical non-defect waves, such as saddle-shaped back wave, grooving back wave and welding fillet.Meanwhile, it pointed out that in weld ultrasonic testing, it should judge the location of the first and the second wave, and the back wave corresponding to oscillography screen, the back wave, which appeared in non-correspondence location should not be considered, in addition, it should analyze the characterictics of back wave according to weld geometrical shape and surface state. The non-defect wave was identified through searching reflex conditions, which can prevent misjudgment, and improve weld ultrasonic testing quality.
