摘要:
对目前高频焊管生产普遍使用的接触焊与感应焊两种焊接方法的特点进行了概述,分析了两种焊接方法的原理。分析结果表明,在焊速相同、规格相同的情况下,接触焊的焊接功率只有感应焊的50%,节电效果明显;对于 76 mm以下的钢管,两者能耗则基本相同;感应焊的最大优点是钢管表面没有烧伤与划痕。同时从电工学的理论出发,对接触焊与感应焊进行了分析、计算与比较,给出接触焊头机构和设备运行的相关技术数据供参考。
Abstract:
In this article, it summarized the characteristics of contact welding and induction welding commonly used in HFW pipe production, analyzed the principles of two welding methods. The result indicated that the welding power of contact welding is only 50% of induction welding when the welding speed and specifications are the same, so the power saving effect is obvious. But both energy consumption are same when the diameter is less than or equal to 76 mm. The biggest advantage of induction welding is no burn or scratch on steel pipe surface. In this article, starting from the theory of electrotechnics, it analyzed, calculated and compared contact welding and induction welding. At the same time, it provided relevant technical data of welding head mechanism of contact welding and equipment operation for reference.
