摘要:
对振动时效消除海洋工程用钢焊接残余应力进行了研究,选择DH36材料对接焊件作为研究对象,在一定的条件下对其激振,测量振动时效前后的残余应力,同时测试振动时效前后的力学性能。试验结果表明,振动时效后试件的最大残余应力数值得到了降低,振动时效的应用不降低试件焊缝残余应力消除前的力学性能,因此在海洋工程中采用振动时效技术消除焊接接头残余应力是可行的。
Abstract:
In this article, the vibratory stress releasing technique(VSR) for reducing welding residual stress of offshore engineering structure steel was researched. DH36 butt weld was selected as the research object, and was shocked vibration under certain conditions. Then the residual stress before and after the VSR were measured, and the mechanical properties were tested. The results showed that, the maximum residual stress after the VSR were reduced, application of VSR did not reduce the mechanical properties of weld before eliminating residual stress. So, in offshore engineering adopting VSR technique to reduce the welding residual stress is feasible.
