摘要:
分析了目前西气东输三线用螺旋埋弧焊管(SAWH)焊缝自动超声波检测用对比试块的现状和存在问题,应用分区检测方法设计出满足检测使用的对比试块,并进行了对比分析。研究结果表明,设计的对比试块不但可以满足西三线中使用的SAWH焊缝自动超声波100%检测整个壁厚范围内(西三线使用钢管壁厚为18.4 mm和22 mm)的缺陷,而且可以满足自动超声波100%检测焊缝和热影响区一定宽度范围内(一般为壁厚30%,最大10 mm,最小5 mm)的缺陷,保证了焊缝自动超声波检测结果的准确性和可靠性。
Abstract:
The current status and existing problems of reference block of automatic ultrasonic testing for SAWH pipe weld used in the Third West-East Gas Pipeline Project were analyzed. The partition testing method was applied to design reference blocks which meet with detection requirements, and the comparison analysis was conducted. The results showed that the designed reference blocks can not only detect the SAWH pipe defects by 100% AUT in whole thickness range(18.4~22 mm)used in the Third West-East Gas Pipeline Project, but also can detect the defects in certain range of 100% weld AUT and HAZ(commonly 30% of wall thickness, maximum 10 mm, minimum 5 mm), it ensures accuracy and reliability of weld AUT results.
