摘要:
利用宽板拉伸试验方法,结合有限元模拟分析,对X70管线钢管环焊接头进行了缺陷评估试验。研究了含有尺寸为3.5 mm×50 mm裂纹缺陷的焊缝在拉伸试验过程中受力变形及裂纹张开变化行为,并结合金相组织分析,评估了带缺陷焊缝的安全性。结果表明,采用适当焊接工艺的X70高强匹配环焊缝,在含有3.5 mm×50 mm尺寸裂纹缺陷情况下,管道整体轴向应变可达3.2%,裂纹不发生失稳扩展,缺陷依然可靠。
Abstract:
In this article, it utilized plate tensile test to carry out defect evaluation tests for X70 line pipe circumferential weld, combining with the finite element simulation analysis. It studied the mechanical deformation and crack opening variation behavior of weld with 3.5 mm×50 mm size defect, and evaluated the safety of weld with defects combining with metallographic structure analysis. The results indicated that the appropriate welding process of X70 circumferential weld with high strength match, under condition of containing crack defects with 3.5 mm×50 mm size, the pipeline overall axial strain can reach 3.2%, the crack does not occur unstable extension, and pipeline operation is still reliable.
