摘要:
简述了GB/T 14164—2013《石油天然气输送管用热轧宽钢带》标准相对于旧标准GB/T 14164—2005的主要变化,对新旧版标准的适用范围、牌号表示方法、尺寸、化学成分、力学性能、金相组织等方面的主要变化进行了对比分析。虽然新标准仍旧存在一些不足之处以待修订,但是整体上新标准更加科学、严谨,并且与我国目前管线钢发展的现状有机地结合起来,使管线钢的检验标准更加完善。新标准在整体上变化较大,相关单位在钢板的订货、生产及检验中对标准的变化应予以注意。
Abstract:
This article briefly introduced main changes in GB/T 14164—2013 Hot Rolled Wide Strips for Line Pipe of Petroleum and Natural Gas relative to the old standard GB/T 14164—2005. Main changes of reference standards, including application scope, brand representation method, size, chemical composition, mechanical properties, metallographic structure etc were analyzed. Although the new standard still exists some disadvantages for revision, but the new standard is more scientific, rigorous, and it combines with the current development status of China pipeline steel organically, makes the pipeline steel inspection standard more perfect. The new standard on the whole change is larger, therefore, it is necessary for the relevant units to pay much attention on the standard changes in the practical ordering, production and test of strips.
