摘要:
为了检验国内外镍基耐蚀合金板材的总体性能水平以及国内产品与国外较成熟企业产品的差异,针对国内外4个厂家生产的UNS N08825镍基合金板材进行了理化、金相、耐腐蚀性能等共9方面的对比试验,并分析总结了国内外N08825镍基合金板材的整体性能状况及差异。结果表明,国内外4个厂家生产的N08825镍基合金板材的性能及质量水平基本相当,均能满足相关国际标准要求。
Abstract:
In order to inspect the overall performance level of nickel base corrosion resistant alloy plate at home and abroad and the differences compared with foreign mature enterprise products, some comparative tests were conducted for UNS N08825 nickel base alloy sheets produced by four main manufacturers domestic and abroad from 9 aspects, including mechanical performance test, metallographic microstructure test, corrosion resistance performance test, etc., it also analyzed and summarized the overall properties and differences of N08825 sheets. The results indicated that the properties and quality of N08825 nickel base alloy sheets of four factories are on same level and can both meet the requirement of related international standards.
