摘要:
为了提高铝合金对激光的吸收率,改善焊缝表面成形,对3 mm厚的2A14铝合金黑化或加粉后进行激光TIG复合焊接试验。黑化采用的是对激光具有较高吸收率的碳素墨汁,加粉是添加适量TiC粉末,并分别将两者涂覆于工件表面,然后施焊。对比研究了黑化处理和加粉处理对焊缝成形质量、显微组织以及显微硬度的影响。结果表明,黑化处理后激光吸收率的提高效果优于加粉处理。
Abstract:
In order to increase the laser absorptivity of aluminum alloy and improve the weld surface forming, the 3 mm thickness 2A14 aluminum alloy plate was blackened or adding powder, and then carried out laser TIG composite welding test. Blackening adopted high laser absorptivity carbon ink, while adding powder was to proper adding TiC powder, both the blackening and adding powder were coated on workpiece surface and then welding. In this article, the influence of blackening and adding powder on weld forming quality, microstructure and microhardness was comparatively studied. The experimental results showed that the laser absorptivity of blackening is better than that of adding TiC powder.
