摘要:
为了研究不同Mo添加量对N80油管激光合金化层组织和性能的影响,在N80油管表面预置Ni-Cr-Ti-B4C-Mo合金粉末,通过激光处理获得与基体冶金结合良好的合金化层,并对激光合金化层的组织、化学成分及显微硬度进行测试分析。结果显示,Mo添加量为5%~10%时,随着Mo含量的增加,α-Fe固溶体晶粒细化效果越明显,增强相TiB2、TiC含量增多,体积增大,分布更为均匀;当Mo的加入量为5%时,激光合金化层中TiB2、TiC增强相含量最多,硬度最高。研究表明,从耐磨性角度考虑,建议Mo的添加量为5%。
Abstract:
In order to study the effect of different content of molybdenum element on microstructure and properties of laser alloying layers on N80 oil tube, the N80 oil tube surface was presented Ni-Cr-Ti-B4C-Mo alloying powders, the alloying layer which was metallurgical bonding with substrate was obtained through laser treatment. The microstructure, the distribution of the main alloying elements and microhardness of laser alloying layer were tested. The results showed that when the content of molybdenum element is between 5% and 10%, with the increase of molybdenum content the grain refinement of α-Fe solid solution is more obvious, and the volume content and size of the reinforcing phase TiB2 and TiC which are well-distributed increase. When the content of Mo is 5%, the volume content of TiB2 and TiC and the hardness of the laser alloying layer are highest. In terms of wear resistance, it is recommended that the content of molybdenum element is 5%.
