摘要:
为了满足特殊井况结构螺纹接头的需要,提出了非API规格套管设计方法,在原有API偏梯形螺纹齿形和参数的基础上,重新设计计算了中径、完整螺纹长度、管端至消失点总长度、接箍镗孔直径、管端至三角形标志长度和全顶螺纹长度等6项参数,对设计的非API规格偏梯形螺纹套管进行了有限元分析,并进行了拉伸试验和静水压试验。结果表明,设计的非API规格偏梯形螺纹套管性能满足相关标准要求,其抗拉伸及抗内压性能达到管体100%,抗压缩性能达到管体40%。
Abstract:
In order to meet the requirements of the special well conditions structure thread joint, the non-API specification casing design method was put forward. Based on the original API buttress thread tooth shape and parameters, it redesigned and calculated 6 parameters, including the pitch diameter, complete thread length, the total length from pipe end to the vanishing point, coupling bore diameter, the length from pipe end to the triangle mark, and the top thread length. The finite element analysis was carried out for the designed non-API specification buttress thread casing, and conducted tensile test and hydrostatic test. The results indicated that the performance of the designed non-API specification buttress thread casing meet the requirements of relevant standards, its tensile resistance, internal pressure resistance performance achieved 100% of the pipe, the compression resistance achieved 40% of the pipe.
