摘要:
为满足油田对特殊油管作业管柱的要求,通过有限元分析以及结构优化,设计出一种新型无接箍式双台肩油管特殊螺纹接头。新型无接箍式双台肩油管接头螺纹采用两级圆柱螺纹,齿顶、齿底平行于管体轴线,齿形为优化的偏梯形螺纹;密封结构采用两级密封,主密封为锥面对锥面的金属密封,次密封为斜面台阶密封;扭矩台阶采用两级直角台阶,抗压缩性能良好。有限元分析结果和实物试验验证表明,此接头抗粘扣性能良好,具有较优异的连接强度及抗内压性能,适合对接头外径有限制且对油管接头性能要求较高的油井使用。
Abstract:
In order to meet the requirements of the oil field for the special tubing string, a new type of no-coupling double shoulder tubing special threading connector was designed through finite element analysis and structural optimization. The new type no-coupling double shoulder tubing threading connector adopts two levels cylindrical thread, the thread crest and root are parallel to the pipe body axis, and thread profile is optimized buttress thread; the seal structure adopts a two-stage seal, the main seal is the metal seal of the cone to the cone, and the secondary seal is the bevel step seal. The torque step adopts two-step right angle step, and the compression performance is good. Finite element analysis results and physical test showed that the anti-galling performance of this joint is good, has the excellent connection strength and internal pressure resistance, it is suitable for the oil well with limit to outer diameter of joints and high performance requirements for tubing joint.
