摘要:
为了设计出合理的对比试块,对目前X80钢级Φ1 422 mm 埋弧焊管(SAW)焊缝自动超声波检测(AUT)用对比试块现状、存在问题及钢管焊缝缺陷检测的可行性进行了分析。应用分区检测方法设计出满足X80钢级Φ1 422 mm SAW钢管焊缝对比试块并进行了对比分析与验证。研究结果表明,X80钢级Φ1 422 mm SAW钢管焊缝AUT检测在厚度范围和一定宽度范围可全覆盖检测,对于研究X80钢级Φ1 422 mm SAW钢管焊缝AUT检测方法提供了参考,同时也为制定X80钢级Φ1 422 mm SAW钢管焊缝AUT检测方法标准提供了依据。
Abstract:
In order to design a reasonable comparative test block, the current status and existing problems of the comparative test block for automatic ultrasonic testing (AUT) of the X80 steel grade Φ1 422 mm submerged arc welded pipe (SAW), and the feasibility of the steel pipe weld defect testing were analyzed. The zone testing method was used to design a comparative test block for the X80 steel grade Φ1 422 mm SAW steel pipe welds, and a comparative analysis and verification was conducted. The results show that the AUT can detect the full coverage on weld of X80 steel grade  Φ1 422 mm SAW steel pipe in the thickness range and part of the width range. This work provides a reference for the study of AUT inspection method for X80 steel grade Φ1 422 mm SAW steel pipe welds, and also provides the basis for the development of AUT inspection standards for X80 steel grade Φ1 422 mm SAW steel pipe welds.
