摘要:
为了提高补焊作业效率,针对结构钢管及桩用超长、超大直径螺旋焊管的对头焊缝和螺旋焊缝缺陷,进行了Φ3 040 mm SAWH钢管自动补焊装置的研制和应用。自动补焊装置利用旋转辊旋转轨迹和焊枪平移轨迹合成螺旋焊缝运动轨迹的原理,实现了自动跟踪补焊功能。该装置主要由补焊台架、补焊机构与旋转辊3部分组成,焊接方式采用CO2气体保护焊。生产实践应用表明,自动补焊装置的应用使焊缝质量得到了优化,并且大幅提高了生产效率,降低了劳动成本。
Abstract:
In order to improve the efficiency of repair welding operation,the development and application of Φ3 040 mm SAWH steel pipe automatic welding device was carried out for the girth and spiral weld defects of ultra-long and super-diameter spiral welded pipes for structural steel tubes and piles. The automatic repair welding equipment realizes the function of automatic tracking and welding by using the rotation track of the rotating roll and the moving trajectory of the welding torch to synthesize the trajectory of the spiral weld. The automatic repair welding equipment was mainly composed of a repair welding platform,a welding mechanism and a rotating roller. In the welding process the method of CO2 gas shielded was adopted. The application of production practices shows that the automatic repair welding had optimized the quality of the weld seam, greatly increased the production efficiency,and reduced the labor cost.
