摘要:
为了提高我国大直径高压天然气长输管道的质量和运行安全,合理确定钢管标准无损检测(NDT)指标,对国内外适用于X80高钢级埋弧焊管技术标准有关焊缝无损检测要求进行了对标研究,分析了我国相关标准在焊缝无损检测方法、射线检测灵敏度和超声检测对比标样等方面存在的差距和不足,为我国大直径高压天然气管线钢管相关标准的制(修)订提出了建议。
Abstract:
In order to improve the quality and operation safety of China’s large-diameter high-pressure natural gas long-distance pipelines, the standard of non-destructive testing (NDT) index of steel pipes was reasonably determined, and the technical standards about of the non-destructive testing requirements applicable to X80 submerged arc welded pipes at home and abroad were comparative analysis. At the same time, the gaps and shortcomings of relevant standards of the non-destructive testing methods of welds, the sensitivity of radiation detection and the comparison standards of ultrasonic testing was analyzed, and suggestions for the revision of relevant standards for large-diameter high-pressure natural gas pipelines in China were put forward.
