摘要:
针对承插式柔性钢管生产过程中并未形成统一技术标准的问题,首先介绍了承插式柔性钢管的发展情况及国内外的研究情况,在对比了球墨铸铁管承插密封型式的基础上,探讨了焊接钢管承插接口的密封结构,就密封圈的形状、高度、充盈度、沟槽结构等主要结构要素进行了分析。分析指出了密封设计的要点,给焊接钢管的承插口结构设计提供了参考。
Abstract:
Aiming at the problem that the unified technical standard is not formed in the production process of the flexible steel pipe, the development of the flexible steel pipe and the research situation at home and abroad are introduced. On the basis of comparing the sealing type of ductile iron pipe, the sealing structure of the welded steel pipe socket interface is discussed. At the same time, the main structural elements such as the shape, height, filling degree and groove structure of the sealing ring were analyzed. After analysis, the main points of the seal design are pointed out, which provides a reference for the design of the socket structure of welded steel pipe.
