摘要:
为了进一步提高焊管生产线机组矫平能力,对螺旋缝埋弧焊管机组矫平机设计过程中存在的能力弱点进行了分析,并对关键部件支撑辊的结构特点和运行规律进行了分析。结果发现,支撑辊辊圈在矫平钢板过程中存在碾压变形,有延展现象,该现象造成了固定螺栓的松动和脱落,同时降低了轴承使用寿命。根据分析结果提出了相应解决方案,并设计了内六角螺钉专用防松装置,成功解决了螺栓的松动和脱落问题,轴承和辊圈的使用寿命显著延长,并显著降低了矫平机组的故障率,使矫平机工作效率得到大大提升。
Abstract:
In order to further improve the ability of the welded pipe production line unit leveling, the weak points of the design of the spiral submerged arc welded pipe unit leveling machine were analyzed, and the structural characteristics and operating rules of the key component support rolls were analyzed. It was found that there was a rolling deformation and a stretching phenomenon in the process of leveling the steel plate in the process of leveling the steel plate, which caused the loosening and falling off of the fixing bolt and reduced the service life of the bearing. According to the analysis results, the corresponding solutions were proposed, and the special anti-loose device for the hexagon socket screws was designed, which solved the loosening and falling off problems of the bolts. At the same time, the service life of the bearing and the roller ring is significantly prolonged, and the failure rate of the leveling unit is significantly reduced, so that the working efficiency of the leveling machine is greatly improved.
