摘要:
为了提高螺旋埋弧焊管内检工作效率及检验质量,解决人工清理钢管内壁及管端氧化残留物时存在的效率低、清洁不均匀、易对内表面造成二次伤害等问题,设计了一种钢管内壁自动打磨清扫装置。该装置由两台同步行走小车作为主要执行机构,采用S7-200 SMART PLC为中央控制硬件进行编程,并采用电感式限位对行走小车进行行程定位,通过调整可实现Φ406 mm~Φ2 200 mm钢管内壁自动打磨清扫。实际应用表明,该装置可有效提高焊管生产线自动化程度,降低岗位人员劳动强度,提高生产效率。
Abstract:
In order to improve the inspection efficiency and quality of spiral submerged arc welded pipe, and solve the low efficiency, uneven cleaning and other problems which were easy to cause secondary damage to the inner surface of the steel pipe when the oxidation residues formed in the inner wall and pipe end are cleaned manually, an automatic grinding and cleaning device for inner wall of welded pipe was designed. The device used two synchronous trolleys as the main executing mechanism, S7-200 SMART PLC as the central control hardware to program, and inductance limit to locate the working trolley. By adjusting, the automatic grinding and cleaning of Φ406 mm~Φ2 200 mm steel pipe inner wall could be realized. The practical application of the device indicated that it could effectively improve the automation degree of welded pipe production line, reduced labor intensity and improved production efficiency
