摘要:
为了确保高钢级套管全尺寸试样制备时套管与堵头的可靠连接,分析了高钢级套管、堵头材料的焊接性能及焊接结构,探讨并制定出高钢级套管全尺寸试样堵头焊接工艺,即采用2种焊条进行多层多道焊接,并进行焊前预热、焊后热处理的焊接工艺方法,能有效提高焊缝强度及韧性。实际应用表明,该焊接工艺能够保证焊接接头的连接强度,同时节约试验成本,可满足高钢级套管全尺寸实物评价要求。
Abstract:
In order to ensure the reliable connection between casing and plug during the preparation of full-scale samples of high steel grade casing, the welding properties and structure of high steel grade casing and plug materials were analyzed, the welding technology of full-scale plug for high steel grade casing was discussed and worked out, two kinds of welding rods were used for multilayer and multipass welding with the preheat before welding and heat treatment after welding, which could effectively improve the weld strength and toughness. The practical application showed that the welding process could guarantee the joint strength, save the test cost, and meet the requirements of full-scale evaluation of high steel grade casing.
