摘要:
复合板过渡层处缺陷一直是衍射时差法超声(TOFD)检测的难点。针对这一问题,通过对TOFD成像原理、TOFD探头参数的设定、探头中心距的选择和上下表面盲区的分析研究,并制作了大量含有人工缺陷的模拟试样加以比对,以及对大量缺陷图谱进行了分析。结果表明,采用双通道两组探头,分别聚焦2/3壁厚处与过渡层处,同时增加双面扫查与偏置扫查,可有效检出过渡层处的缺陷。
Abstract:
Defects in transition layer of composite plate are always difficult to time of flight diffraction(TOFD) detection. In order to solve this problem, the TOFD imaging principle, the setting of TOFD probe parameters, the selection of probe center distance and the analysis of the upper and lower surface blind zone were studied. A large number of simulated samples with the artificial defects were compared, and a large number of defect maps were analyzed. The results show that the defects in the transition layer can be effectively detected by using the two groups of the dual-channel probes, which focus on 2/3t and transition layer respectively, and adding the double-sided scan and offset scan at the same time.
