摘要:
为了进一步推广连续管作业技术在我国油气田中的应用,青海油田充分利用连续管作业设备,除了开展常规作业外,还成功拓展了泡沫冲砂、解堵、拖动酸化、水力切割、喷砂射孔、压裂、大修打捞、开关滑套、测井、钻磨滑套等30项工艺技术,发挥了连续管作业具有的作业周期短、事故率低、地层伤害小和重入性好等优势,实现了连续管技术的规模化应用,取得了较好的经济效益。连续管技术的规模化应用,实现了高原井下作业由低端劳务型向现代井下作业技术服务模式的转变,对工程技术服务单位不断推广高端技术成果、提升自主创新能力和工程技术服务水平,实现良好的经济效益提供了借鉴。
Abstract:
In order to further promote the application of coiled tubing operation technology in China’s oil and gas fields, Qinghai oilfield has made full use of coiled tubing equipment, besides developing conventional operations, it has successfully expanded foam sand washing, plugging removal, drag acidification, hydraulic cutting, abrasive perforating, fracturing, overhaul and salvage, switch sliding sleeve, logging, drilling and grinding sliding sleeve. The 30 technologies have made full use of the advantages of coiled tubing operation, such as short operation period, low accident rate, low formation damage and good reentry, realizing the large-scale application of coiled tubing technology and achieving better economic benefits. The large-scale application of coiled tubing technology has realized the transformation of plateau downhole operation from low-end labor service mode to modern underground operation technology service mode, enhanced the promotion of high-end technological achievements, independent innovation ability and technical service level, and achieve good economic benefits.
