摘要:
针对现有大直径管道焊接培训用工位架存在的焊工劳动强度高、工件就位后高度与横梁角度不可调节及安全性低等不足,设计开发了可解决上述难题的液压升降式工位架。液压升降式工位架利用液压顶升原理,具有操作轻便、劳动强度低,调节方便、灵活,安全性和稳定性高、维护方便等优点。经试用效果良好,可完全满足大直径管道的日常焊接培训需要。液压升降式工位架可适用于Φ530 mm以上大直径管道的焊接培训,具有推广价值。
Abstract:
In order to solve the problems of the high labor intensity of the welders,the unadjustable height of the workpiece after the emplacement and the beam angle,and the low safety,the hydraulic lifting station frame is designed and developed. By using the hydraulic jacking principle,the new station frame is easy to operate,and has the advantages of the low labor intensity,the convenient adjustment,the flexibility,the high safety and stability,and the convenient maintenance,etc. The hydraulic lifting station frame works well after the trail,which can fully meet the daily welding training needs of the large diameter pipes. The hydraulic lifting station rack can be applied to the welding training of the large diameter pipes more than Φ530 mm and popularized.
